These materials are intended to support stakeholders and provide a comprehensive view of the Department’s efforts in advancing public education.
Key Highlights:
- New Report: The Impact: Fighting for Public Education showcases the possibilities that emerge when public education is wisely invested in. This report, originally shared in December, is available on the Department’s Raise the Bar webpage.
- Role of ED Resource: A primer on the Department’s role includes state fact sheets detailing investments and the reach of various programs. This resource, titled Investments and Reach of the U.S. Department of Education & State Fact Sheets, is also accessible on the Raise the Bar webpage.
- Reference Guide: The Reference Guide to the Department of Education’s Publicly Available Documents consolidates guidance, FAQs, letters, and other materials from across the Department’s website and other federal resources.
- OCR Policy Publications: A detailed spreadsheet outlines Office for Civil Rights (OCR) policy documents, including those in effect as of December 31, 2024, as well as rescinded and under-review publications. Updates reflecting additional publications are expected in January 2024.
- Stakeholder Resource List: A curated list of frequently requested resources from each division within the Department is included for easy access.
