We are in the final stages of filing the amicus brief for our case with the Supreme Court, related to the funding mechanism of the Universal Service Fund (including E-Rate). AESA and AASA are working together on a vital data collection effort. We’ve put together a common form to collect stories, data and anecdotes. We welcome anything you can do to submit your story and help us highlight what E-Rate means to our nation’s schools and students. We are collecting the data through Friday, December 20. Share Your E-Rate Stories: AESA is coordinating this data collection to streamline efforts to gather stories and anecdotes about E-Rate use in schools across the nation as part of our work for the amicus brief in the upcoming Supreme Court case. We are using one online data form to make it easy for you to share the link with members and to help collect data in a way that can readily be summarized into an overview and specific talking points. We will leave the form open through Friday, December 20. Survey Link: https://survey.k12insight.com/r/EdLiNC-24
